Accessibility Statement

Conformance Status

Arivit is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This statement applies to the Arivit marketing website (www.arivit.app) and the Arivit app for Android.

Scope

This accessibility statement covers the Arivit marketing website at www.arivit.app and the Arivit app for Android. We test with TalkBack, keyboard navigation and font scaling.

Accessibility Features

Arivit incorporates the following accessibility features: semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy, ARIA labels and roles for interactive elements, keyboard-navigable interfaces with visible focus indicators, sufficient colour contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for text), support for system font scaling, reduced motion support for users who prefer minimal animation, skip-to-content links on all pages, and alt text for all informative images.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some limitations may exist: some third-party components may not fully meet WCAG criteria. We are actively working to address these limitations.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Arivit. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact us at support@arivit.app. We will respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and aim to resolve issues within 30 days.

Regulatory status

Arivit is currently operated by a microenterprise as defined in article 2.16 of Ley 11/2023, of 8 May, on universal accessibility (fewer than 10 people employed, and annual turnover and annual balance sheet both at or below EUR 2 million). Article 3.3 of that law exempts microenterprises providing services from the Título I accessibility requirements and from any obligation related to meeting them. Even though we are exempt, we work voluntarily to bring Arivit closer to the EN 301 549 standard and the WCAG guidelines. This statement describes the current state of that work, not a certification of full compliance.

Filing a complaint

If you believe Arivit falls short of the accessibility level we aim for voluntarily, you may contact:

• the accessibility surveillance authority designated by your autonomous community (comunidad autónoma) (or by the cities of Ceuta or Melilla), if you know it; or
• the State Technical Support and Coordination Unit for accessibility, attached to the Directorate-General for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Ministerio de Derechos Sociales, Consumo y Agenda 2030), created by Real Decreto 143/2026, of 25 February. This unit is the general point of contact for complaints and reports, and itself acts as the surveillance authority in any area where your autonomous community has not yet designated one of its own.
